Quality Policy
The objective of Al Nubia General Contracting Co LLC is to achieve and exceed client requirements in relation of civil construction, micro tunneling, and pipe jacking works for infrastructure.
In order to achieve this objective, the company will maintain an effective and efficient Quality Management System based upon the requirements of ISO 9001
In particular, the company will:
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of its business processes and objectives through Management Reviews and the internal Audit Process
Monitor customer satisfaction annually by direct contact reviews and set objectives for continual improvement and proactively seek feedback from clients on how well its products/services meet their requirements. analyze the causes of any complaint or problem and take appropriate action to prevent recurrence.
Select and work closely with suppliers who enable the company to create and deliver a reliable performance
Recruit employees who are customer focused and support them with appropriate training and systems to ensure their competence always meets the company’s requirements.
Provide a work environment that promotes the well-being of its employees, and encourages positive teamwork
Encourage all employee to identify problems and make suggestions to improve all aspects of the company’s services and business processes.
Ensure that all employees are aware of the Quality Polio and are committed to the effective implementation of the Quality Management System
Ensure that NCC Contracting complies with all necessary regulatory and legal requirements
This policy will be displayed in prominent places throughout the organization so that every employee shall have a clear understanding of the policy requirements and their required support and commitment.
Environment Policy
We aim to create a business culture where the environment reflects the way we operate, collaborate, innovate, and gross. We are striving to comply with all federal, local environmental legislations and best practices. We will proceed to communicate and promote awareness of environmental protection & preservation to ensure sustainable workplace
This environmental policy apples to Al Nubla General Contracting Co LLC, employees, suppliers, and other key business partners which shall be implemented to fulfil the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System.

Provide sufficient resources to ensure full compliance with Al Nubla Environmental Management System, applicable legislation (both federal and local regulations), relevant Codes of Practice and sustainability related requirements:

Identify the environmental aspects and impacts as an outcome of our activities and take a proactive approach to eliminate and minimize the likelihood of occurrence.

Minimize the environmental impact, during project’s life cycle through effective assessment and control measures all activities and resources to comply with environmental requirements.
Prevent pollution to the land, air, and water. This includes minimizing emissions to atmosphere:
Minimize the noise and nuisance to the surrounding environment and wider community as an outcome of our activities.
Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle construction materials to minimize waste and landfill disposal as reasonably practicable
Maintaining all required data for analysis and Implement environmental proactive monitoring program to ensure full compliance with environmental requirements to prevent incidents and for continual improvement.
Strive to identify and implement best environmental practices by all the stakeholders.
Provide healthy & environmentally friendly working atmosphere for employees and all personnel involved in our operations.
Continual improvement in environmental performance through setting up and monitoring of smart objectives and targets together in line with company strategy along with effective performance review and evaluation process.
Training and awareness sessions shall be communicated and provided across all projects, to all levels of management and relevant stakeholders to promote environmental awareness.
The Policy will be reviewed, updated, and amended as necessary to comply with any new legal and statutory regulations to ensure continual improvement.

The Senior Management of Al Nubia General Contracting Co LLC recognizes the importance of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental processes & procedures into the successful delivery of all its activities
The Group’s ethos towards continuous improvement is founded upon our key principle of delivering Safety, Quality and Performance’ this captures our commitment to reduce injuries, ill health, protect the environment and prevent pollution by means of ensuring a positive and responsible work culture throughout our employees, supply chain and all third parties participating, in Group activities.

To achieve this we shall:
All employees have a responsibility to work safely and exercise HE leadership in accordance with statutory and group requirements by identifying and preventing unsafe working practices.
Commit to educate and train all employees to a competent level to implement safe working systems and practices to carry out all our activities with a proper regard for the relevant statutory provisions and other appropriate standards required to reduce the likelihood of accidents, ill health cases and harm to people or the environment.
To conduct all our operations and services in such a way as to ensure, so far as reasonably practicable, that employees, others and the environment will not be exposed to risks or impacts as a result of our activities:
Working with designers, consultants and our supply chain to reduce all risks through design and material selection.
Ensuring that sufficient resources are provided to achieve compliance with this policy. Set and develop, implement, monitor and review this policy annually.
This policy will be communicated to all staff via internal memos and copies will be posted on alt our noticeboards Furthermore, it will be made available to members of the public via our website and on request. it is the responsibility gf all the employees to become familiar and comply with this policy and all related documents.
